Terms of use

Cavalry AI is a free service from C3PO LLC, a small California company run by Ari. It finds job listings that fit what you're looking for and drafts tailored resumes and cover letters from your own experience. You review everything, and you always apply yourself. It comes with no guarantees, so use your own judgment.

• Use it for your own job search, with your own resume and details.
• Don't upload someone else's resume or personal details without their permission.
• One account per person.
• The service is small and capped for now: new sign-ups may be limited each day, and some features, like tailored documents, have monthly limits.

• Job listings come from public job boards and company career pages. They can be out of date, already filled, or wrong. Cavalry AI doesn't check them and isn't responsible for what employers post or how they hire.
• Some listings come from Adzuna and are marked “Jobs by Adzuna”.
• Match scores are an automatic estimate of fit, not advice and not a prediction that you'll get the job.
• It never submits an application for you. Every “apply” is a link out to the job posting, on the employer's site or the job board that listed it.

A tailored resume is assembled from lines already in your own resume and materials; an AI model (Claude, made by Anthropic) picks and orders them for the job. Cover letters and rewrite suggestions are written by that model from the content you provide. They are built to use only your own facts, but AI can make mistakes. Read every document before you send it: you are responsible for what you submit to an employer.

Your resume and everything you add stay yours. By using Cavalry AI you let it store and process that content to run the service, as described on Your data. You can delete your account at any time.

Don't misuse the service: no automated access or scraping, no attempts to get around its limits or security, and nothing unlawful. An account that misuses it may be limited, paused or closed.

Cavalry AI is free today. If that ever changes, you'll be told before anything costs money, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

The service is provided as it is. It may be unavailable at times, and it may change or stop. There is no promise of interviews or job offers. As far as the law allows, C3PO LLC is not liable for any loss that comes from using it.
